D60 Spindle Nuts

DO all dana 60 spindle nuts have the same thread design. I know theres 3 types of spindle nuts, the 6 prong, 4 prong, and hex style nuts, but what im wandering is are they interchangable, will they thread on the spindle. The reason im asking is because i have to buy some new ones for a rear 60 i bought, and there the hex style, but id like to convert to the 4 prong style so i can use the same spindle nut tool that i have for my D44.

As far as I know they are the same, at least on chevy's, also will fit 14 bolt. I'm pretty sure the four bolt sixty is bigger than the four bolt 44

yeah i was thinking that the 60 was bigger too but i read some where that i would work. i thought id give it a shot. but regardless i need new spindle nuts

As far as I know, the 60's use the same nuts.
