D60 steering arms, 1/2 or 9/16" studs?

What do most people use? Wasn't sure if most drill out the 1/2" ones and install 9/16" studs or not?

Also, what are the lower kingpins held on with? Studs or bolts? I bought an incomplete axle so I have no clue.

my dana 60 had 9/16th's from the get go

IIRC, mine had 1/2" bolts, so I used 1/2" studs. Ive never had any problems on internet trails, as they don't put near as much stress on my rig as real wheeling.
