Well last year my brother flipped his XJ. After a couple of months of shit talking I have a new set of 5.5" lift leaf springs 5" lift coils and alot of spare parts (engine,trans,x-case,axles, driveshafts, rims tires, etc...)

So I had to update the lift

After putting the new springs on I started thinking, hey it might be cool to take all the doors, off so I did.

And I started making rear tube doors.

I don't know what I am going to do with the spare maybe this.

As of right now this is pretty much up to date.
Today I hard wired a switch to the Aux. fan to help with cooling the motor.

Here is the rest of the plan for this stage of the build:

-Relocate winch control box under the hood and put switch in dash
-Cut vents into hood
-Some kind of rocker replacement maybe 2"x6"x3/16" square tubing
-Add x-case skid to custom crossmember
-weld in TNT frame stiffeners
-redo rear cargo area for spare tire, spare parts, tools and looks.
-hybrid cage (just need tubing bender in Greenville NC area)

I think that is it for this stage.

I love that rear bumper, I'm wanting one like that for my XJ. Can I get some details on it or maybe a price to make me one like it? hah
And the spare looks good like that but I would put it on the roof rack so you can still have your interior storage space and don't have to smell rubber when the doors are on.

It maybe a few days before I get to do a update because I have to build a TJ front winch bumper and finish up a friend's front XJ winch bumper with 2" reciever.

I had the spare on top for almost 4 years, I think that it makes the Rig top heavy but it looks really good. When I made the rear bumper I also made a rear tire carrier with cb antenna mount. I will post a pic of it when I can find one. Make me an offer on the bumper.

I've already used the doors we made last year a few times this summer and they've been great. I'm in need of some new projects for my jeep and I'd be happy to help with yours. If you ever need help with a project let me know, I owe you a favor for your help with my door.
