I have a 2000 Dodge ram powertrain 5.9 4sp AT and I want to attach a Dana300 to it. What parts do I need to adapt it??
I have no Idea what model the AT is just that it is a 4sp AT

should need nothing, it has the same round pattern mounting and 23spline shaft. there might be some differences in output/input shaft lengths, i'm not sure.

When I put the D300 on the back of my NV3550, I did have to open up/elongate 2 of the holes about 3/8", so just a heads up.

Or you could get a rotation plate and drill it to match the trans and clocking angle you want. If you mess up you only destroy the cheaper part. The JB conversions rotation plate indexes in the transmission just like the stock tcase does, taking the burden off the studs.

My output shaft was a little long and bottomed out in the new D300 input shaft in the rotation kit. The nice thing is you can deal with JUST the rotation plate and input shaft without hoisting the whole tcase up there. The kit from JB basically turns the front of a D300 into an NP231. As I posted earlier, it indexes into the back of the tranny tightly to take all the weight and centering off the studs and allows use of the tranny seal just like stock.. Because I was flipping it I just drilled and tapped new clocking holes, if you're not flipping you may still have to elongate the tranny holes. Maybe JB will ship you a rotation plate UNDRILLED.
Forgot to mention the front output is 8.5 inches from input center (closer than NP231) so CHECK this to make sure will clear everything to front axle yoke.
