i recently swapped a solid dana 44 into my 95 f-150 and the calipers wont let my 15s go on there. i really would like to keep my 15 inch rims. is there another caliper or setup i can do to clear the 15. its a 44 outta 78' bronco.

I'm running 44 calipers and 15" steel wheels, just clearance them by grinding the edges of the caliper. No problems with mine that way. Pm me if you want some pics

Just curious but are you running the dual piston calipers? If so how muc did you have to grind off and how much backspacing are you running?

To my knowledge only the HD 8 lugs had Duals, If this is what he's got I don't have a solution for him. Mine are standard 1/2 ton stuff. My grinding was done on my rear conversion using the same 44 calipers from the front. I didn't read into the post he is probably refering to a 8 lug caliper, I only ASS-u-mated 1/2 ton calipers. 1/2 tons came regularly with 15s duh-huh. But grinding a fair chunk off didn't hurt them for what I needed.
Just reread his post, says Bronco. Must be 1/2 ton I'm ASS-u-mating he's trying to keep the aluminium wheels. In that case the grinding will also be sufficient. Theirs a photo on here with that very set up (its the tires/wheels I got for sale).
