The lug pattern will be different and the axle will likely be wider than your front. If those don't bother you, you'll at least have to modify/relocate the spring perches and shock mounts. Not hard by any means, but not a bolt on either.
You might want to consider a ford 8.8 swap then. The width is roughly correct and the bolt pattern is the same if its off an explorer, mustang, or crown vic. You just need to relocate the spring perches.
