This guy has a dana 44 out of the rear end of an 88 jeep. It does need an axle shaft on one side but other than that its fine. He is only asking $75 for it just wondering how much more it would cost to replace the shaft.

I tried to buy shafts (assuming it was a waggy D44) and could not find replacements. Moser would make new ones if you send them the specs.

Step 1: buy it
Step 2: go to local junkyards
Step 3: pull a shaft from another jeep (as a matter of fact, pull a pair so you can have a trail spare)

Those particular shafts are pretty hard to find.
I have a pass side shaft, but it appears as though the bearing was replaced by a gorilla. The bearing is fine, but the shaft was gouged a little. Another $75 and I'll ship it to ya.
