...for future kingpin removers. I used all of the most popular methods and mine popped right off
1) Started soaking them a few days in PB Blaster
2) I used a thin cutoff disc on an angle grinder and cut a grove all the way around the bottom of the kingpin. Just be careful not to cut/grind into the "C". In theory it's suppose to releave some of the clamping pressure between the kingpin and housing
3) Heated the bottom of kingpin up for only a few minutes with a small torch
4) Used a pipe wrench with a 4ft cheater bar
....Came right out
Don't know if any particular method was the key or a combination of all...but they came out no problem. It literally only took maybe 15mins a side and no bloody knuckles or colorful words. I would be careful about using the allen key to remove the kingpins though. I tryed just using the allen before I put heat on it and with a little push/bump/hammer on the 4ft cheater bar caused the top of the kingpin to start to crack down the one side. I saw it before it completely broke off and was able to weld it back together. But that could have brought on the suck if it did!! So i opted for the pipe wrench and it grabbed the kinpin like a motha and it came right out.
