yes, my trailer isn't a deckover and it's 102" wide (max legal width). the deck extends to the outer edge of the fenders and they are drive over made of 3/16" C channel. i wanted the width of a deckover, but not the associated height. i also didn't want a dovetail. don't expect to find one like that sitting on a lot somewhere, though. kraftsman trailers custom built mine to the specs i wanted.
