detroit locker springs

In my previous life (before wheeling) when i was stock car racing, we ran detroit lockers and replace the locker springs on a regular basis. We could get them in 3 different strengths (they were color coded) to match how soon you wanted them to lock when you applied the power. I was in anther truck the other day whose rig was pretty fresh and has not been wheeled like mine. His rear locker hit pretty hard, then i realized that i hardly feel mine any more. Has anyone replaced the detroit locker springs in their 14 bolt axles, and are they done like the 9 inch detroits-also where did you get the springs.
