Diesel emissions

Ok so ive heard that starting in 2008 every diesel 08 and newer will have to pass emissions inspections too? i know the trucks have the emissions on them but i didnt see nay changes to the book online, so whats the deal?

It wouldn't suprise me a bit. Just wait until the 2010 emissions restrictions come out!
