Tell him to check his glow plug relay first..

Pretty straight foward job and quite a few DIY guys just do it themselves. Just make sure to use motorcraft plugs

We replaced the relay. Checked voltage too, needs glow plugs. Wants someone to do it for him. He's super busy for work and this is one of his shop trucks. He does mobile painting.
