I have an 89 Cherokee xj automatic with a bad engine block I bought a 89 Cherokee xj manual for a donor I’ve already switched out the motor transmission and transfer case which was fairly easy but I’m starting to notice the difference in the two (drive shaft length Distributor temp sensor etc what all do I need to bring from the old engine in order for my computer to work correctly?

Simply swap the long blocks. The dizzy, all engine sensors, etc are identical.
