I have a brand new 35 and a worn one. Probably an inch of difference between them.

Will running them on the same axle, expo 8.8 ls, tear up anything?

Thanks.

I doubt that it would tear up anything, may pull to the direction of the smaller tire.

You could overinflate the bald one and underinflate the other so the effective diameters were equal, lol.

Due to difference in wheel speed it will act a litte funny with a locker, or really funny with a spool or lincoln locker. If it's an open diff you'll never notice.

Unless of course you put on a tire much much smaller like a donut and a 235-75-15.. My old wrangler's D35 spider gears didnt hold up to it.. lost a few teeth. replaced spider gears and donut with full size and on I went.

Yeah, that much difference is hard on any diff, any noticable difference on the front will make it pull a little too.
