DMV Help

This may have been discussed on the board before but I'm trying to track down a car I once owned. I know the DMV does not normally give out info on vehicle ownership but if I could find someone that would even just tell me the state and county where the car was last registered it would be great. I have the VIN and of course details about the car. Any thoughts, PM me.
