Is the dodge 4.7 physically the same as the 5.9?

I want to know if I could replace the 4.7 with 5.9 and not have a fitting issue
 
Not sure about mounts/bellhousing, but the wiring is a bit different. Also, I have to ask, why? you're only gaining about 5 horsepower.
 
I have a good 2000 5.9 magnum and I am am looking for something that needs one. I am looking a the Grand Cherokees, Dakotas, Durangos and Rams, so it can have a new home.

not concerned about wiring just will everthing bolt up. I know the 5.2 will but I was not sure about the 4.7

4.7 =235 hp @295ftlbs
5.9 =245 hp @335 Ftlbs
