Looks like the officer won. I am sort of glad the officer got a black eye, only because it showed he had to defend himself and was forced to do those injuries to the suspect. All i can imagine is everyone saying it was police brutality.

Doesn't prove a thing actually.
The cop could have started beating the the guy for no reason and instead of just taking it, the guy fought back.

However, I doubt that is the case and I am glad the guy got his ass beat. Personally, I think if you run from the cops you deserve to get you ass beat.
 
Fucker got what he deserved IMO.
