building my TJ, now i'm looking at doing the front shaft.
my problem is that the ujoint doesnt have the angle i need when it flexes.
i have clocked my tcase up till its flat with the frame. i think my problem is the motor mounts being tall and causes the angle to point up a bit.
does anyone make a yoke for the np231 that allows higher angles?
i'd rather not cut my motor mounts and lower the motor, cause it seems low already.
i'm kind of debating clocking the tcase down 1 turn and lowering my skid plate.
my other idea is to run a 2pc shaft which will keep me from cutting my skid, but those are $$$$$$$$. think i see one pillow block/carrier bearing set up was like $500 shipped.
