I'm running a bone stock 300 t-case (well, it's twin sticked.. but no lo-max's or 32 spline outputs) and I'm curious what you guys have had experience with as far as the 26 spline outputs holding up. I think the stock joint size on them is 1310? Rear will be a CV driveshaft, front will be a single joint driveshaft... 1310s for both on the t-case end (1350 and 1480 on the axle end). Is there a way I can better match my drivetrain without sinking money into the 32 spline outputs?

The deeper you gear the axles, the less stress is on your t-case and drivelines.

But the money spent doing that would buy you some 32 spline outputs. If it was mine, I'd do the rear output and go at least 1350 on that driveshaft at both ends.

We're looking at $400 for a JB rear output.. I'm running 4.56s in my axles. $800 for outputs... $700 for 4.1s... the Stak 300s are how much, $1,900?... damn. Would a flange for a 26 spline be any stronger than a yoke?

Teraflex output kits are cheaper, but don't have all the bells/whistles. You need to shop around those prices are bloated.
