Drying suspension seats

I have some PRP UltraWides. The stitching must not be tight on one cause it’s vinyl but when I sit in it I get a wet butt instantly.
I took them out to replace with my Corbeau XPs but I gotta change the mounts to do that, so running these for now. Once out I turned them upside down, and stuck my hand up in the foam and it’s soaked inside the one.
Is there any way to dry this seat out short of taking the cover off and wringing out the foam?

The vinyl makes it harder for the foam to dry out. Put them in the sun on a nice day or bring them in the house for a while. Otherwise, keep them covered with plastic and consider fabric covers on your next set.

Removing the bottom half of the cover wasn’t as bad as I thought it’d be. Letting it sit out in the sun by day, in my garage by night. Before I put the cover back on once dry, I’ll silicone the inside of these seams

Are you going to silicone the submarine strap hole closed?

Duct tape

No but I’ll spray the water repellent stuff for boots and tents all around both sides. Previous to me owning it the Jeep sat outside uncovered for a while. That won’t be the case for me, so other than getting caught in bad weather occasionally, once dry it shouldn’t be a problem again too often.

There's a reason why topless rigs sit in camp with trash bags over the seats. ;)

I wouldn't waste too much time trying to make them waterproof.

I'm not trying to make them perfect, the Jeep will basically always be covered. Just trying to prevent the foam from getting saturated again.

Some great ideas here.
Getting some wet-ass booty first thing in the morning isn't quite as fun as it may seem.

Grab a set of these and thrown them on. I always thrown them on my corbeaus (Baja SS) when im towing whereever we ride just in case of rain showers and whatnot.

Those are a little less than corbeau seat savers and actually look waterproof. Thanks for the link.

You selling the PRP’s? I need set of seats.
