i replaced the steering stablizer before the summer n my 95 grand cherokee, it fixed the death wobble for awhile but now its back. either the ss is worn out again or there sumthing else causin it to shake so back. does ne one kno of a place that has more stronger heavy duty steering stablizers??? or could help me out with this problem?
 
Steering stabilizer wont fix DW...it will hide it.
Find out what is causing it and fix the problem


Search for death wobble here, its been discussed about 200 times.
 
see that now, and im thinkin its the steering box, ive had problems out of it 4ever, so goin to replace it and see what that gets me. the thing is i can hit a hole on the left front tire and no dw, but with the smallest amount of an hole hits the right, it goes crazy
 
check unit bearings, tie rods and ball joints also, may try and rotate the tires might have a busted/seperated belt in a tire.

the loose parts may not seem to be significant as a componant, but several parts loose could make things move enough to causeyour problem ,especially with larger tires.

may want to search the forum, it has been beaten several times.
