For the van lovers. It'll be getting two 7" HIDs provided by RIDES when finished. The white whale will be runnin a full wrap. She currently rides in 2wd but their is talk of a 4wd conversion, I need a front axle and a transfercase. Doing some homework. Input welcome on the drivetrain. She will be going long distance on a Jet Ski racing circuit so reliability is a must.

More pictures ! Thinking I need a bumper like that on mine !

Interested to hear your plans for the interior? I'm in the planning stages of interior v2.0 for my van.

If you want a 4x4 conversion, that's what we do, and we're local.

We can hook ya up with everything from a bracket kit to a complete kit including front axle, case, everything. We can do the swap as well if ya want us to.

the interior has a partition with a rear lay down coach sleeper. It has a full permanent wall with a look through window. The rear is strictly tools fuel and ski. The cab has captains chairs, sat. radio and the stereo junk. The engine is stock except for exhaust and chip/monitor system. Oh and a set of train horns underneath for crowd control.

We will be looking at vendors for some specific needs. I'll give you a heads up when we are ready to check into options.
Considering the load of the diesel powerplant I'm currently undecided on what axle to try and locate. Anybody got suggestions besides the standard ton Dana 60. I considered finding an HD44. Pending on what is available for transfercases I'm not sure if I'll be looking for driver or passenger drops. I would assume a stock type transfercase is most economical. A 7.3 4wd drivetrain donation makes sense to me. I've been around some Ford Fed Ex conversions but they were all gassers. I'll be checking your websight and others.

We use Super Duty 60's in our swaps. Our bracketry and suspension is built around them. Getting the center section over to the drivers side like a SD60 does, makes packaging much easier. Also makes getting parts like steering, brakes, etc really easy.

you owe it to yourself to check out the ujointoffroad set up.

Its crazy badass...

Also, just FYI. UJOR stocks 90% or more of the parts advertised. Need a front 60 ready to install? About a 2 day turnaround generally.
Holler if ya need to...

I got a leg up on a front diff, checking on the ratio. Started sourcing a case and tailshaft. My day time job keeps me tied up, I'll try and give Ujoint a call on the dinner brake, anybody answer outside of traditional buisness hours?

Sure do. Since we do so kuch business on the west coast, we try to be available pretty late. We're here now setting some gears.

Thats cool stuff, we're going to put coilovers on one in a couple months. I look forward to seeing the swap and the direction you go.
