Just wanna thank ECGS for outstanding customer service.
My first encounter was over the phone with Lee.
I had been chasing a slight death wobble in my 05 Jeep Rubicon LJ for several months.
None of the usual fixes worked.
Told Lee that I thought I had bent my front axle tube.
He spelled out in detail how he would check it and what he would do to fix it.
Long story short, fixed it, gave me full tour of the shop when I picked it up and requested that I keep him informed on the quality of his work either good or bad.
Well, I trailered it to his shop, but I drove it home at a constant 80mph on the interstate. lol glad the popo wasn't out. Took it through town and then on winding back roads the rest of the way home. NO ISSUES.
Lee also took care of some other small issues he noticed while doing the agreed to work, how's that for customer service.
They will be getting all of my axle work along with my recomendation to any one I know that needs any type of axle work.
I'm in my early 50s, I've been wheelin and building custom rigs since I was a teenager. By far, the best shop I have dealt with on axle work......
Good Job Lee
Well done ECGS.......
