How are the skins attached to the plywood sides?

Are they glued ?

Or just screwed to the plywood?

Anyone know where can you get the edge/corner/trim molding ?

For the corner/edge/trim molding try Trailers of The East Coast in Mocksville right off of I-40. They should also have any skins and they could probably advise you on how they are attached.

Are the skins mounted right to the plywood? If there built like a box truck the sides are just revited to a thin post and the plywood is screwed to the other side of the post. Most of the semi trailer places should somthing that would work for the corners. You can get a aluminum patch panel that is pill and stick to cover up a hole in the outer skin. The patch will be made out of aluminum about the same thickness as they use building the sides.

Atlantic Coast Trailer in Kernersville and CRTS in Garner might be able to help out also.
