Engine Misfire/Jolting - No Codes - Pease Help!!

I’ve got a ‘04 Dodge Dakota 4.7L with what feels like a bad misfire - particularly bad under load but can be felt most anytime. No codes. I’ve scanned it multiple times with different scanners and still no codes.

In the last few weeks I’ve replaced:
-IACV
-plugs
-coil packs
-crankshaft position sensor
-camshaft position sensor
-coolant temp sensor

After I replaced the cam and crankshaft sensors the truck ran smooth as glass for 4 days and now it’s right back to jolting and missing.

I’m about to push the truck off a cliff the jolting is so bad. Please help! I need this truck to last me a couple more years.

Normally i say cps. But on 4.7 check intake manifold for leak

Watch the cylinders on the misfire monitor. That'll help point you in a direction.

Does the 4.7 have a vvt actuator .... might need to clean it, or replace.
