Engine shop needed for Willys Motor in VA/NC/GA

Can anyone recommend a good quality shop to go through an engine from my brothers willys? I live in VA and I have the motor, the willys is in GA with my brither, so anywhere between the two of us is no problem. Looking for a minimum of having the block dipped/checked/etc and depending on price a complete rebuild, or I can put it together with a rebuild kit if everything checks out.
