MCMECHEN -- The man known by many as "the huffer" has been arrested again in Marshall County.

Patrick Tribett was taken into custody Saturday afternoon after a juvenile reported seeing a man huffing a substance near a walking trail on Industrial Park Road.

Officers responded and said they found Tribett inhaling gold metallic paint.

He allegedly resisted arrest and had to be pepper sprayed.

Tribett is in the Northern Regional Jail facing charges of inhaling an intoxicating compound and resisting arrest.

Tribett will stay behind bars pending his arraignment.

Just flood his jail cell with paint fumes till he dies and then we can be done feeding him. The dog pic is pretty funny too! Don't let your dog huff paint!

I didn't huff it I put it on my truck. Had a damn sore index finger for 2 weeks afterward!

i have once...he was in a porta john at a ballpark huffing and wouldn't come out. i went and pulled him out and had to start medic. he had a crazy look on his face and i think that once he realized i was there he was hitting that paint as hard as he could..i never have seen him again and never got subpoened, so i don't know what happened to him...
 
Safer than huffing gas I guess.....
