I have a Borla header and muffler on my 258, sounds pretty cool. The SS header seals way better than my old hedman header.

I recently put a thrush welded muffler on my 90YJ. With it being the only non-pipe item in my exhaust system, it sounds pretty good. Not too loud. $39.99 at Advance.

Adding two more cylinders so you have a V8

After having a louder muffler on my TJ w/4.0 for 2 years, the best sounding one was stock. It seems to run better too.
