id like to have some of the fab. guys give me a price on a exo cage on my 98 4 door xj. im not sure on how i want to run the tube so any pics of other exos would help and any sugestions just something simple not to fancie.

How about an interior cage. There was a guy on here with an xj that did an interior cage with sliders on top. It looked pretty dope. I'm not a fan of exos

something like this is what i had in mind. i also would mind having a interior cage.

agreed. if/when i get around to caging my xj thats exactly what im going to do.

do a search of exo and username cperry.

The guys at East Coast Gear Supply did one last year on an xj that looked pretty cool

Thanks for the kind words guys. I would be more than willing to build another cage like mine or change it up some. Its a full interior cage from the "B" pillar back with exo front end and roof sliders. Since this build, i've added some tube inside the cargo area to surround my fuel tank since its now lifted up through the floor and the rear bumper is different now. Here are a few shots.

I see you have harnesses on your seats. Are those the stock seats with slots added? What belts are you using?

Yes, stock seats. I took the covers/pads off and cut out the metal in the seat frame, put foam back on and cut it out/sleeved the hole with rubber from tire inner tube, cut slits in seat covers and stiched them up and reinstalled. The harnesses are just cheap ebay ones that will eventually be replaced for something nicer.

I've got pics in my build thread here:
