I have enough space to squeeze a 24x24 into my lot and have been researching DIY kits. Discount Builder has a great looking kit available at a very fair price. Anyone have experience buying one from them?
I’m planning to get a 24x24 story and a half; single double-wide overhead door vs the 2 9x7s. I’ll run separate power from the pole. No plumbing (downhill and septic already maxed). Wake forest but outside the town lines. 2’ block walls with 10’ walls.
I’ll wire and insulate it myself. 220 and 120 receptacles everywhere and DIY spray foam as I can afford it.
I just need an exception to the rule for only having a single detached building to avoid demolishing my stick built shed…. I hate HOAs!!
