Who else saw them tear that ranger up that they just built?

I dont think id let them touch anything i own...

it was a re-run from aboput a month ago. came to find out it was a grade 5 bolt that they missed and it broke and screwed up everything under the front end.

i saw it. i think they r gonna find out that its gonna need a engine the way it was clunkin and clangin around

yeah...I really hate to say it, but that truck hasn't impressed me much at all. Just by the way it looks mostly...looks like a hack job IMO. Not saying they don't know what they are doing, but I'd much rather have Jesse Combs work on me than my truck:burnout:

i have liked a lot of their projects, but the ranger, with the welded extended cab, just ghetto

I try to overlook the ranger project. Ian is clearly a general automotive expert but he's pretty new to 4x4s, so is Jesse. Their show is entertaining and I'm sure that in a few seasons they'll be past the early stages of their learning curve and it will be a lot harder to find flaws in their work.

Woodworkers went through the same thing when Norm started the New Yankee Workshop. He early stuff sucked and had obvious design flaws but his new work is actually pretty good (if you can forgive all the nails he uses).
