F-250 front shocks, best valving?

The front of my F-250 seems to "float" and bounces sometimes. I wouldn't say the shocks are completely worn out, but I would rather have a firmer ride, not so squishy.

I am thinking Bilstein 5100's, but what valving should I get?

Any other suggestions?

for the OEM replacements, you normally don't get a choice.. Bilstein HD is what they have...
Also, KYB Monomax's are very good..

trim the bumpstops into a "V". bottoming out over speed bumps, etc. is a common issue with all leaf sprung excursions/super dutys. cutting them like that gives a little better cushion, while not severly affecting the intended point of limited uptravel.
