F250 Frame v F150 Frame

Is a 2002 F250 frame (gas engine) similar to a 2000 F150 frame in width and style from the front bumper to the cab?

No. The F150 is SLA IFS. The F250 is straight axle or TIB. The frames are completely different.

I know they are not the same but are the similar? what about the width between the frame rails?

They are different widths. The F150 is about 8" narrower than a F250/350
