fan clutch help

my fan clutch went out on me on a trip I parked it at the other end and left it there now I'm hauling the parts down to fix it this weekend I need to know the size of the bolts on the fan clutch and the size that hold the fan to the clutch so I bring all the tools I need there's no one there to look at it for me it's a 95 yj with the 2.5

A basic mechanic tool set will fix it. If it is anything like a XJ it’s like a 13mm wrench and a 10mm and you’re done. A new fan clutch should have new hardware to reference.

13mm nuts to remove the clutch from the water pump pulley
13mm bolts hold the fan to the clutch
Plenty of room without removing the shroud on a 4 cyl YJ

thanks I always bring my tool set but it never fails I'm missing the one thing I need to do the job

Bring big pliers or something to help hold the fan/fan clutch as you are tightening the bolts on the fan clutch. That will help make sure they are snug.

ok will do I usually jam a pry bar down between the bolts to hold it still while I tighten the bolts up
