Hartsell Fence is Charlotte did a Privacy fence for my business.
They did great work, I was really impressed.
They werent the cheapest (or highest) and didnt show up the first day they said they would or call (it was drzzling/misting rain, ok you didnt come at least call)...all in all aftr the pissed off wore off I was pleased with the fence.
