bad example. africa is where most of the old russian small arms ended up. all the war lords over there.

that place may actually imporove if guns dissappeared. Then again, death by spear numbers would probably rise.

what happens if some kind of mutated animal that's huge/fast/can see at night/etc, and eats humans starts multiplying rapidly and taking over.

I ask myself the same thing on a nearly daily basis.
