First comp of 2012.

Hopefully we can get alot of newer drivers to come out to the comp.

I'd be more than happy to hang around after the Qualifier Comp to run some more courses with anyone that is interested. My Sportsman rig is in a couple dozen pieces awaiting a rebuild but my buddy has one that I can drive.

So anyone that has a crawler, please feel free to come out and enjoy a day on the rocks. Rhodhiss is an awesome spot and there is a huge amount of terrain for all types of crawlers.

how many classes do they run?....and what wold you suggest to run for someone who has never tried a comp with an axial ax10, with a good many upgrades?

Well, the comp is being held for the 2.2 class, It is part of our National Qualifier series.

I'm sure a few of us would be willing to hang around after the Qualifier comp to set up and run more courses.

might try to come check it out, since i didnt get to make it on new years, been wanting to go check that place out

Right before you get to the locked gate, there is a dirt road to the left. Pull in there and you can park, it doesn't look like much of a road but when you pull in there, it circles back around and you can go back out the way you came in. Then you walk over to the dam, and down a set of stairs. You'll find us on the rocks at the bottom.

Do Not block the gate or park on the side of the road.

If I can ever find some XR universals and the budget to get up there Im going to. Maybe not actually comp unless you guys wanna laugh at me that is.

Feel free to come on out to the comp. Don't worry about any of the guys making fun of you or giving you a hard time. Everybody has to start somewhere and we have a great group of guys that are very willing to offer any help that we can.

Bring your truck to drive around or just come out to watch and meet everyone.

Just a reminder for everyone that we will be having a comp at Rhodhiss Dam tomorrow (Sunday 29th). Driver's meeting at 9:15 and comp starts at 9:30.

Look forward to seeing some new faces tomorrow. Anyone that has a crawler of any kind, please come out and join us tomorrow. Come and compete in the comp or just come and watch & meet some fellow crawlers. We will also be hanging out after the comp running more courses and doing some more crawling. Bring any crawlers you have, we will have some scalers, 2.2 comp rigs, Wraith's, Nylints, etc.

Thanks to all the new people that came out. I didn't get a chance to meet/speak to everyone but it was nice to see some new faces out on the rocks.

Hope to see everyone again at another event. I will post up a date and location once we get the next comp planned.
