Flat Top Knuckle Machining in W-S

Who do you guys know of in or around Winston Salem that can Mill, Drill, and Tap Flat top Knuckles? Also, How much should this cost for a single knuckle?

Sorry, but I only have GM/Jeep/Chrys knuckles and they are done in batches at a jobber shop. I don't mess with the Ford knuckles because a lot of them do not have enough material.
