In this day and age why in the hell isnt there a good flexible exhaust tube and fittings that can have crimp fittings and don’t leak? There’s hydraulic hoses and fittings that can withstand 5000psi but no one has figured out exhaust? (I know, expansion and contraction, and heat.) Just seems that it would have been figured out by now? Lol.

How much flex do you need?

There are multiple types of flexible exhaust tubing, what are you actually using? Is it no-name aftermarket from China, or is it something from Donaldson or some other decent company?

Does it need to hold pressure for a turbo?

We bought some from napa for $3.56 a LF plus some fitting and hangers. Ended up taking it to a small local shop charged us $100 from the header back on Grants XJ. Best $100 spent, fighting the fittings and sealing them wasn't going to be worth it.

Not building anything right now, was just thinking of a future project, and was a few beers deep! :D:beer:
