Why do people list things "for sell"?

Its for SALE.

I guess I just don't get it.

Its like the people with a $30,000 "Dooley" for sell, with new breaks.:confused::shaking:

This is classic - and A COMPLETELY INCORRECT explanation of why it works. I really don't feel like getting into the longwinded ranting truth right now.

:lol: I was selling a D35 and D30 and this guy called asking if I had "both rearends". It turned into a 15 minute struggle with semantics for me to understand that he wasn't looking for 2 D35s.
 
flywheels and flexplates are the same thing...ask any of my customers

That would be a prime example of our deteriorating educational system. We keep passing students on that lack basic skills, then they end up posting ads here just to piss you off.
 
Heck, I can't understand why someone would post something for sale but won't respond to your questions in the thread -or- to any private messages. I can handle those that can't spell well.

not to veer off the education direction this thread is taking, but I can get over the spelling, my pet peeve is when the item is sold/gone...delete your post!

Maybe thats pesos, not dollars? no, that's still way overpriced. No doubt the stereo is worth more than the POS :lol:

I saw that a few years back in a news paper ad.

I added the Jeep Rubi part

At that time that car you could buy used for about $500
 
I have been wondering lately why all the buyers for stuff demand to know my bottom dollar before then even see what I am selling. The last time or two I told them it was my asking price and they got pissed off at me.

If you dont like my price, make an offer, hell, make a reasonable offer
if I dont like your offer Ill tell you a different number that I think is fair.
ect...
as far as I knew this was how the process works. Why would I tell you my bottom dollar price?

Hence a coversation I had once on a ad I had placed

Buyer: You........car
Me:what?
buyer: you ....car...fo sale
me : yes
buyer: what is you less price?
me: What do you mean?
buyer you......car
buyer: what is you less price?
Me: Click.......
 
One of my pet peeves is when people use the word "ya'll". If you are going to use a conjunction, use it properly. Y'all is "you" and "all" shortened by taking the "ou" out, hence the ' in place of the letters...

Now y'alls gots a gooder schoolin. :fuck-you:
