Got a dana 60 and sterling 10.5 , want to put under a yj frame , got the rear figured out , is there any aftermarket brackets to widen the frame or do I have to make my own ? First time putting full size under a jeep.
Thanks for the help

i know of a jeep with chevy 14ff c&c narrow axle in the rear with 15x10 on it. otherthan moving perches and shock tabs it fits great.

then front is a kingpin ford 60 mid 80's long side cut down to shorten it up. then welded back and bolted under jeep.

he took the stock long shaft and cut off flush at yoke. then bored a hole in the place of the shaft. press fitted it to the yoke/shaft stub shortened and plug welded it and welded the back side.

specs are 4cyl/5speed and 2-3" lift springs and these axles with 35" tires . dd use and hardcore play offroad hasnt broken the custom shaft yet. oh ya and for power upgrade he went 5.13 gears in the axles.

this got him a little wider and alot stronger . and its now bolt in.

telling the year of the axle would help..... i know on my 78 Front 60, all i had to do was outboard the front of the front springs about 1" and everything lined up.....
