So I got a 87 Ford KP Dana 60 on the cheap (free) cause it was from up north and the guy didn't want to mess with it. Me being the stubborn ass (and frugile) decided sure why not. My problem is I broke a couple of the bolts off that hold the lower bearing cap. Who close to Fayetteville can drill out the broke studs and chase the threads out for me? I have called a couple machine shops with no luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If I have to mail them out or drive a ways I'm good with that too.

If it is a 97, it isn't kingpin it would be ball joint. Did you mean 87? The last KP 60 was '91.

Honestly, I think you may be able to get them out yourself. If they broke off at the heads and you have some shank sticking out you could use a dremel to cut a slot into the shank and use a impact screwdriver after hitting it with some heat and they may come out. If that does not work they are 1/2" bolts and if I remember right the bores on the inner two go straight through to the inside of the knuckle. Get a cobalt drill bit set from Home Depot for $20 and a good metal center punch if you do not have one. Punch it in the center and start with a smallish drill bit and work your way up to just under the thread size. Add a bunch of heat, then a screw extractor may be able to drag it out.

Worst come to worst, you could drive or send them up to Raleigh to East Coast Gear Supply and I bet they could help you. Or send them to me as I live right down the road from there, if I cannot get them out I can drop them off.
