My girlfriend and I went to Fort Fisher today while we're down here at the beach and cruised around for a while in the 4runner. Aired down the tires to 18 PSI and had no problems. It was a nice easy-going time. Enjoy the pictures.

Nice, fun place to go out and fish, or just get away from the normal beach crowd. My wife and I rode out there a couple years ago, took the ferry from Southport up to Ft Fisher. Ft Fisher is much less crowded than the north end.

Reminds me, I need to post up the pics/vids from my wife and I's trip to Carova Beach.

can you camp with fire on the beach at ft fisher? im sure not but I always wanted to do that
I'm thinking no at Ft Fisher, but just a few miles up on the north end I know you can.

i started driving out on the beach a couple years ago when i broke my foot now when we go to the beach its always ft fisher and we drive. wife likes not toting everything.
