Having problems with forum. When I click new posts, it constantly says can only search every 15 seconds, must wait 4 more seconds. I also have two messages in my inbox but when I open my inbox it says that today is the 19th and it shows no new messages.

You have your time zone set wrong in the user cp.

It's set on Eastern Time

Then you have an issue with your computer, the boards running fine.
