NC4x4 member, Jasper, has done the preliminary inspection and service on the Kobelco loader/backhoe and we have a beginning list of parts and oils needed. Thanks, Jasper :driver:

We need someone with a parts hookup to keep our costs down on getting this equipment trail ready ASAP!

If think you can help out in any way please let us know and we get you more specific information! Thanks!

Might be better just to list what's needed in here.

The 6x6 Kiaser is up and running it drives great too!!!

There is a Heavy Equipment mechanic in Vale, & NC 4x4 member, I believe had offered to get bargain prices, but I don't recall his name.

I offered to try, sometimes I can & sometimes I can't. I have a filter & filter head to donate. Our cat rep should be in next week, I'll get with him when he shows.

Here is a small list of items needed if you can donate and are coming to the jamboree we will be collection donations there. I will add items needed here as the needs come up.

9 gallons of 15w40 diesel oil
AW68 hydro oil not sure of the quantity yet but it will be at least a few gallons
Need filters:
Air filter= WIX 546379
Hyd= 51495
We also need a lot of tube grease for these machines as they have not been properly greased in a long time

Thanks, Zack

I'll have some of the other filter numbers before Monday.

Here's the latest. The fuel filter is a WIX 33166. The engine oil filter is a WIX 51773. The transmission filter has no markings or part number but is a spin on filter.

The hydraulic oil on the decal calls for PN DIN51524. I still think AW68 will do just fine but if someone has other info let me know.

The transmission oil has a spec API CD/ SE, MIL-L-2104C. I don't know what that crosses over to.

Soaking down the exhaust connections with penetrating oil but it doesn't look promising. The muffler is OEM FERMEC. I'll work on it some more and will have to cut away the clamps and see if the pipes will free up.

I will bring the engine oil and some tubes of grease with me to the Jamboree. Do we want the waterproof type like i run on my Deere?

Looks like API CD/SE, MIL-L-2104C translate to a 10W-30.
