Fox Coilover shock set up

I have 2.5" Fox Coilovers that I bought used from a friend. I did my 4 link in the rear of my Jeep and am heading for a shake down run soon. How do I determine the pressure to set the nitrogen at? I'm searching online now but I'm sure y'all can be the easy button for me!

200# fully extended is where you start.

@Curtis_H can explain better, he followed the method given by Chris Weygandt (the east coat Phil Licardi) and it was a massive improvement.
