Yea somebody just slashed 3 of my tires in the wood hall parking lot :kaioken: :kaioken: :kaioken: :kaioken:. I have no idea why and can't think of anyone I've pissed off recently, and the gay thing is that i walked into my dorm at 1:45am took a shower my roomate comes in at lik 2:15 and says dude there's something wrong with your truck I walk out and one tire is flat and the other is still hissing and my spare is flat. Anyway I'm just really pissed cause 40"tall tires are very expensive. The cop was pretty cool about it but unfortunatly its slim to none that he'll figure out who did it. I'm just hopin insurance will cover this but I don't know if they'll cover 40" tall tires. Aight im done, but if anyone hears anything let me know . . . :uzi: :uzi:
 
I doubt they'll cover it. They'll give you what it would cost for OEM tires (minus your deductible). Ask campus security if there are any parking lot cameras that you may have been in view of.
 
Crap, that sucks.. I'll be the first to admit about talking shit about putting 40" tires on IFS, but damn, I wouldn't go cut 'em down..

On the bright side, you could get some 37" MTR's now and not tear everything on the front end to pieces...

He's gotta wheel it first to tear it up :flipoff2: Just picking Ricky. That does suck. I had someone try to steal tires off my truck twice but appearantly there jack on 2 occasions wouldn't get the truck high enough for the 33 to leave the ground.
 
Man that does suck. Probably some dumb @## hole who wish he could have some tires that big. Somebody must have seen something. You live in a closed campus? Or are you in a place that any kind of traffic goes through there?

It don't take a rocket scientist to figure out your shits loose when you drive. Passenger side one week then the driver the next and not just one tire but both on the same side at 2 different times. One side at a time doesn't just work loose let alone the front and rear together. My watch dog doesn't just bark in the wee hours of the morning unless something is not right and people poking around my property late at night is not right
 
yeah that makes sense, i didnt even think about the lugnuts being loose.

you do know they make a lug nut lock, its a different shape which requires a special socket to undo.

The problem, and it's a big one, is that there are jerks out there who don't NEED a reason to screw someone else's stuff up, don't even care WHOSE stuff it is. They just love to screw other people's stuff up for a laugh. I'd be amazed if that's not who did your tires. :mad:
 
Dude has his 'burb tires slashed here at sully parking lot last year for taking up two parking spaces. (all 4 of them) Parking is at a premium but damn. Now i make sure to stay in my lane.:( Sry to hear bout your bad luck.

When i lived on campus freshman year(NCSU) me and my roommate had a buddy come up for a weekend. He parked in front of the bookstore and all 4 tires got slashed on it within 2 hours of him parking it. It was also around 1am on a saturday night when we found it.......

Just goes to show there are an abundance of cumstains in the world. Whoever did it will get it back somehow or another....hopefully you will be able to catch the fawkers though.

It was probably some greenies trying to keep you from burning up their ozone. My jeep periodically gets messed with in a malicious manner by these damn hippies at UNCG and when I visit my GF at UNC. Sorry I don't drive a bamboo car that runs on dreams and rainbows but please don't throw your starbucks trash in my windows. :mad:
 
no, the NC State area is crawling with low life scum once the sun is down and visibility is low. When I am at my shop after dark I keep a sharp eye out and dont give any leeway to anybody.
