Frame Flex

Im just starting to modify my 78 F 250 and as I was removing the bed (rusted to death, going to flat bed) I got to thinking about the amount of flex the frame has in it. Even something as small as putting one of the front tires up on a sideways telephone pole (about a foot) sends the body lines a good three inches apart. Heres my question, is the extra flex a good thing or should I go ahead and box the frame to try and limit it. If this is the way to go is boxing it going to be enough or should I consider a full bed cage?

frame flex puts alot of stress on parts, ie: body mounts, steering box, etc. I few pieces of tube here and there can help out. Your best bet would be a cage.
