Frame rust repair

Have two areas of really bad rust on my brothers tacoma frame. He did not qualify for the recall. The bad spots are at the rear leaf hanger and near the tcase xmember. Any shops in the area that could take this on? The frame might not be worth fixing he doesnt know at this point. If any body has any opinions or suggestions of a shop it would be great. Thanks

If you wanted to bring it to wnc I would be interested in the job.
Don't expect an exact price with that type of repair because you don't know how bad it really is untill its cut out.
I have done repair on a few taco frames including the ones that bust out around the motor mounts.
