French door brand identification and parts replacement

Not sure how to fix this issue without identifying the brand. Unless I custom fab some parts.

PO installed some French doors. The static door has header and footer locking bolts. One time while closing the door, the flip lever/switch thing was stowed away and the closing door broke the lever/switch thing-a-ma-bob.

Separately, part of the internals that connect the lever to the bolt broke. It’s a POS cast aluminum part that accepts a threaded rod (the bolt) to the lever.

So I need these two parts. Pictures attached of the good parts from the opposite end.

I can’t find any identifying marks, numbers, branding… nothing! So I can’t look up replacement parts. My only thought is if anyone here can recognize the brand, or give thoughts on options to fix.

They look a lot like the Jen-Weld Doors up at Lowe’s, but there’s probably 8-10 years difference in models, I guess.

How long are the rods? Looks like you can get flush, 12", 18", and 24". I wonder how close a replacement assembly would be (size of the lever plate)?

How much modification to the door would these take to fit??

Well, if you can’t find the parts, make the parts.

First to make one of these levers:

A little crude, but I have Mapp gas torch to heat and bend, an angle grinder, bench vice, Dremel and drill.

Next to figure out the pot metal connector piece.
